What to build
- Add a selectedAnswer variable/state.
- When an option is clicked/tapped, save that option.
- Visually highlight the selected option.
- Prevent accidental multiple visual selections.
- Do not check correctness yet unless this milestone is combined with the next one.
Acceptance Criteria
- Clicking an option highlights it.
- Only one option is selected at a time.
- The selected value is stored in code.
- The app does not crash when options are clicked repeatedly.

- Screenshot with selected option.
- Explain where selected answer is stored.
Do not move ahead until
- The project runs without errors.
- You can explain which files changed.
- The acceptance criteria above are satisfied.
